No. Plans are flat for the organization. Seat caps apply (for example Free includes up to 3 people). You are not charged per user by default the way ClickUp, Asana, or monday.com typically bill.

Yes. Starter and Growth offer a 7-day trial with no card required. When the trial ends you move to Free unless you upgrade.

File storage is capped by plan (for example Free ~50 MB, Starter 2 GB, Growth 25 GB). Higher tiers may raise or remove the cap — exact limits are on Pricing and in Billing. Uploads that would exceed the cap are blocked with an upgrade prompt.

Not for every team. Those products are strong general PM tools (and several include time tracking on paid tiers). Taskonomy is a better fit when you also want flat org pricing plus light attendance/leave and agency finance in one place.

Yes. Taskonomy supports multi-vendor attendance methods, including native ZKTeco ADMS device sync and webhook ingest for other vendors.

No. Payroll is on the roadmap and not in the live product surface. Loans/advances and leave are light people-ops features — not a payroll engine.
